Hello.

i recently bought Galaxy S7 Edge (New Box Pack) not refurb. Problem is When i charge my device it always stuck on 82% or 83% and stays there until i unplug and re plug it again. after unplugging and replugging it charges normal and reach to 100%. I am using Original fast charger and cable came with the box also tried some other original fast chargers. But no result.

My Device is running Android 7.0 (Stock) non rooted.

i also tried.
wipe cache partition.
Hard rest the device.
Charged in Safe mode.
Other original Charger and cable.
My device is not heating while charging.

Also Estimated charging time disappears after some time and reappears when i unplug and replug.

I don't think this is hardware problem because device is box pack and not refurb. Also if i unplug and replug it again it charges normal and reach 100%. Please help me i am very frustrated with this issue.

Thanks
