Galaxy SHi,
A very basic thing but I cant seem to get my head around it. Hoping someone can assist.
I backed up my old Samsung Phone (S10 Plus) onto OneDrive; so all pictures are now in a folder called "Samsung Gallery" on OneDrive. This Samsung Gallery folder has a few subfolders too.
However, I do not want to sync all these sub folders back onto my new Samsung Phone (S21 Ultra). How do I stop this? Only need a handful of folders, rest of the data stays on OneDrive.
On Windows PC its easy, you can select the folders from OneDrive Icon > Settings > Choose Folders. But how to do this on an the phone?
I tried to move all the not required subfolders out of "Samsung Gallery" on OneDrive but they still sync into S21 Ultra phone.
Any thoughts? Thanks for your time.
Cheers,

Galaxy SHi there,
Thank you for contacting us.
To sync specific albums in Gallery:
1- Navigate to and open the Gallery app and then tap Menu (the three horizontal lines) at the bottom.
2- Tap Settings, tap Sync with OneDrive, and then tap Albums to sync.
3- From here, you can choose which albums will sync to OneDrive by tapping the switch next to the album.
And,
To turn Gallery Auto Sync on or off:
1- Simply navigate to and open the Gallery app, and then tap Menu (the three horizontal lines) at the bottom.
2- Tap Settings, and then tap the switch next to "Sync with OneDrive" to enable the sync.
3- Now your Gallery will be synced to OneDrive and you can access your photos from another device or the OneDrive website.
