Galaxy SI purchased Samsung note 20 ultra Jan 12'2021 since the day I purchased I m facing issue in a day my phone automatically restart 10-20 times
3 time I gave my phone to Samsung service center still I am facing same issue of restarting my device
Today only I received is back and just now again it's restarted
Do Samsung have any proper and permanent solution over this issue
Or I just I m waiting my time and money on Samsung people
I need a proper response ..

Galaxy SHi,
Sorry to hear you are having some trouble with your device.
Third-party apps can cause random or constant reboots to happen on your phone or tablet. Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue.
You can perform a software update, factory reset, or turn on Safe mode to determine if an app is causing the issue.
Download updates manually.
1- On your device, navigate to and open Settings.
2- Swipe to and then tap Software update, or System updates. It will vary between models.
3- Tap Download and install, or Check for system updates. If an update is available it will begin downloading, though you may need to tap Download now on some devices.
4- When the download is complete follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
Safe Mode:
To run Safe Mode on your phone, follow these steps:
1. Power off the phone.
2. Power on the phone. The Samsung logo displays.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the volume
down button.
4. Safe Mode is displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen. ( You my notice if the phone still rebooting or not)
5. To exit Safe Mode, restart the phone.
Try soft reset or force restart by pressing and holding the Volume down and Power key for 7 to 10 seconds to perform a forced reboot.
If all mentioned steps don't work, please send phone's logs by following this email:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110227/#report-a-problem-on-an-ios-phone
Or, you can always bring the device to a Samsung Service Center and have it checked out by a technician and help resolve the issue.
Hope that was helpful!
