Try to check with mobile data. Also, mention if you are using any dns.

It is working with mobile data that means your wifi dns servers (isp) are blocking samsung sites.
You can take time and research how to change dns server of wifi.

As per your concern, we would request you kindly check your device network once and make sure your device is properly connected to the internet connection to download the latest software version.

Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings-> About phone-> software update

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
