Subject: Urgent: Performance Issues After Latest Software Update (One UI 8.0 / Android 16)

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention several serious issues I have been experiencing on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra after installing the latest software update (One UI 8.0 / Android 16, Security patch level: 1 October 2025).

Since the update, the following problems have occurred frequently:

1. Overheating Issue: The phone becomes unusually hot even during normal use or while charging.


2. App Lagging & Crashes: Apps like Amazon, Flipkart, games, and OTT platforms (Netflix, Hotstar, etc.) are lagging, freezing, or closing unexpectedly.


3. Battery Drain: The battery is draining much faster than before, even in standby mode.


4. Animation Lag: The phone’s UI animations stutter and do not feel smooth.


5. Call Drop Issue: Calls are getting disconnected automatically without any signal loss.



These issues have significantly affected my phone’s performance and usability. Before this update, the device was working perfectly without any of these problems.

I kindly request you to look into these issues urgently and provide a suitable software fix or rollback option to restore normal functionality.

Please let me know if any additional logs or diagnostic reports are required from my side.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Same thing with me also my keyboard sometimes typing some letters don't touch and it was fine before the update now I miss my Apple cause I'd never be experiencing this like I can barely use my phone that time its a s24 FE STILL NEW
