My S25 ultra is stucked in October, 2025 android security patch level. What can i do now? It shows "up to date" when i try to update.

Did you raise as feedback through Members app as concern for software update.. rest you can also plan for Nearby service centre visit if required not able to solve online

Try once you can also connect via WhatsApp you will see menu option for enquiry about software update see what's their response

As per your concern, we want to inform you that you can update the software by using Smart Switch. You can open Smart Switch on your Windows PC or Mac, you will see an option to update to a new software version if one is available. kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Step 1. Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable provided with your device.

Step 2. Open Smart Switch on your PC.

Step 3. If a software update is available, Smart Switch will automatically prompt you to update the software or display an option to update.

Step 4. Tap Update and follow the on-screen instructions to download the necessary files and complete the update process.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
