Screen turn-off during the call

Dears 

I have S24 ultra and always during the call the light coming law then turn off I have tried all the way to keep it on without any result ,is there any one have solution for this problem

Bro..this is not a problem of device..this is a function to preserve battery..what ia the use of screen light on if u are on voice call. Are u looking at your screen at the time of voice call..u just tap on screen it ll on again.instead of keeping your screen always on while u are on call.

U can not keep the light on while on voice call. Due to proximit sensor.as u bring the moibile near your ear.the sceen will off and once u remove from ear.screen will on again.For call on speaker is possible. To keep it on always.chek youtube for how to activate it

Thanks for your reply, but I didn't find any solution for this case YouTube and Google, I want to keep my screen on during call and the mobile, not on my ear , I am using it on mobile stand in the office ,I want to keep it on so if I receive what's app let's say I can see it normally

The behavior you’re describing is normal and is due to the proximity sensor on your S24 Ultra. This sensor detects when your phone is close to your ear during a call and dims the screen to prevent accidental touches. When you move the phone away from your ear, the screen should turn back on.

No it's not normal because the phone not near my ear I am using my mobile on desktop stand and open the mic after 15 second the screen turn off ,moreover
screen timeout 15 minutes, and I contacted you for this issue they told me within 12 hours IT Team will call you and no one call me .
