Galaxy SThanks for your reply, but I didn't find any solution for this case YouTube and Google, I want to keep my screen on during call and the mobile, not on my ear , I am using it on mobile stand in the office ,I want to keep it on so if I receive what's app let's say I can see it normally

Galaxy SThe behavior you’re describing is normal and is due to the proximity sensor on your S24 Ultra. This sensor detects when your phone is close to your ear during a call and dims the screen to prevent accidental touches. When you move the phone away from your ear, the screen should turn back on.

Galaxy SNo it's not normal because the phone not near my ear I am using my mobile on desktop stand and open the mic after 15 second the screen turn off ,moreover
screen timeout 15 minutes, and I contacted you for this issue they told me within 12 hours IT Team will call you and no one call me .
