Better uses qhd resolution for good display quality, and there is no battery backup difference in HD and qhd resolution.

As per my usage use qhd since there is no difference in battery backup while setting HD resolution.

HD is 1280 x 720 pixels
FHD is 1980 x 1080 pixels
UHD is 3840 x 2160 pixels (4K)
Higher the resolution more is the display clarity and more power is required to illuminate pixels as pixel density increases from HD to UHD.
