Dear Samsung Team,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a potential security and privacy flaw I discovered on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra after updating to Android 16 with One UI 8.0.

After the recent software update, I found that when the phone screen is locked, certain shortcuts appearing on the lock screen can bypass the security lock (such as fingerprint, PIN, or password) and open the device directly. This issue allows direct access to the phone without proper authentication, which is a critical violation of user privacy and device security.

This behavior appears to be a bug introduced with the latest update and could expose personal data to unauthorized access. To assist your investigation, I have recorded a video proof clearly demonstrating how this issue occurs in real conditions, and I can provide it upon request.

I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and resolved urgently through a security patch or corrective update. As a long-time Samsung user, I deeply value your brand’s dedication to security and innovation and hope this matter will be addressed promptly.

Thank you for your attention and understanding. I look forward to your response and to a quick resolution.

Warm regards,
