This issue was common in jio in one Ui 5 in which during standby jio 5g network jump to 4g network or some time low frequency jio 5g network. Or another issue can be that jio network is shutdown in midnight and activated in morning so sometimes till ...

I used both smart switch and Google phone to transfer data from old phone to new phone. So which reason you don't like to use Google photos because of more storage consumption or something else.
