Hi Samsung Team

I am samsung s24 user and since I bought the device I am facing screen graining issue when there is light, dark or grey background. I thought this problem will be fixed via a software update but it's been 10 months and no update has been rolled out. After scrolling from Samsung community forum, i realised that this is an hardware issue and cannot be solved by software update. I would request samsung Team to look into this issue as this problem is only coming in S24 Series and no such issue is there in older S23 series. If this cannot be solved then i would require an screen hardware change to solve this issue at the earliest.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would like to clarify that this is not a bug or issue. It is a feature of the device that causes the display color to change from normal to yellowish when the Super Power Saving Mode is enabled. This functionality is designed to optimize battery life by automatically adjusting the touchscreen brightness.

Rest assured, the display will revert to normal once the Super Power Saving Mode is turned off.

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

This is not a power saving issue. Have tried the method as suggested by you, but the screen graining effect is still there.
