When I went to exchange my phone the dealers complaint about screen burn, which is meant to be a manufacturing defect as this problem was not there in previous phones before S8 which is why the value of the phone decreasd. I might switch to iPhone because of the problem of screen burn. There is no fault whatsoever of the consumer which relates to the problem of screen burn, I have used this phone the same way as I used to use all other phones before S8.
