I have struggled with my S20 Samsung Ultra 5G since August when I updated to the software update. Searched and read numerous forums and watched youtube videos to find a solution to no avail. I've sent multiple emails to Samsung and even to their CEO regarding this issue and all I got were generic replies and was told to bring it to an authorized repair center and was told it was because of Amoled burn and the only solution is to go for LCD repair at my own expense. I found this ridiculous and decided to give up. I just let the battery drain on its own and today... I tried to charge and open it again... Still same issue... I tried to connect it to my TV via USB and after 3 minutes... Screen cleared again and I was able to update to the latest software... Told my friend who had the same problem and he fixed his also in no time... Try it with your phones and hope it will do the same... Now my phone is back and I did not even have to spend a dime!
