Even after sending the logs thrice, they are sending same automatic reply, I even doubt whether it is properly reported and looked into.

Yeah bro, clicked ask again twice and sent logs twice, still recived the same reply asking me to send logs again😢.

Hmm, to avoid atleast they have to see it right. I even doubt that they are seeing it. It appears their AI automatic reply doing this random things. If devs look at each feedback, then it is OK atleast.

See after 1½ months later they simply replied that the description of the issue was not clear. I shared the screenshot of my query and their reply. Hope I clearly explained the issue.

For frame drop you did attach video, not sure what else they are expecting. Did any new update came in this period wherw frame drop is fixed?

I sent twice. Again they asking 15 mins video and log. The maximum size of the video which we can record is 25MB only. Even 39sec video in very average qualify will cross 25MB. They are not a qualified people.
