I recently purchased the S24 Ultra about 10-15 days ago. I have noticed that the device speaker sounds muffled when the volume is at 100%. However, when I enabled the sound limit to exceed 100%, the sound quality improved significantly. Additionally, when I enabled the custom equalizer and attempted to adjust it for optimal sound quality, the sound quality actually became worse.

I am curious to know if anyone else has encountered a similar issue where the speaker of their Samsung device sounds muffled or dull in comparison to other Samsung devices.

Another problem I've encountered. It appears that the device may not be as compatible with third-party earbuds as my previous S21 FE. For instance, while my Jabra earbuds sounded excellent when connected to the S21 FE, they don't seem to perform as well when connected to the S24 Ultra. However, I have noticed that the Samsung earbuds and Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 headphones work well with the device.

Also, I am experiencing some issues with the equalizer on my S24Ultra and I am wondering if anyone has any solutions or recommendations for a better equalizer. If you have any valuable experiences or insights, please share them with me.

Samsung team,

I would like to kindly request that you look into this issue and consider making some improvements. If there are any possible tweaks or software updates that could fix this problem, please take them into consideration for upcoming updates.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Its not an issue its is how they configured the speakers for S24ultra, using custom Equalizer kills the overall sound quality, however Iam currently using these settings which works for me for my type of music

You can give it a try too..1714515943073.jpg

Bro, I also had a similar kind of EQ set up, but when you start playing music and suddenly switch your EQ from custom to normal and back to custom in between, you will notice a massive difference in sound loudness, guitar or instrumental grunge, and bass.

While custom EQ generally enhances the listening experience, in this case, Samsung EQ seems to downgrade it.

It negatively impacts the listening experience on a device, Bluetooth speaker, or in earbuds or headphones.
