I just went in to get glue tape applied for back panel. Initially everything was good they took my phone and completed the process. I was them given the device and was informed about the charges, and the she gave me a QR to scan and provide the feedback. After the feedback was completed I was then informed my battery is slightly swollen but not anything major but their system said waterproofing shown as failed. She suggested to change the batter which will cost me around 3k. I have a flagship phone S23 Ultra more than 1 lack during purchase and now has no waterproofing. I was informed it's battery is swollen and it is not passing the waterproofing test. However, my battery life is excellent, not even 2 year's have completed which is the average life cycle of Samsung batteries and also the health of the batter is 95%. I was fooled in providing a false feedback and got ripped.

They did not say the swollen battery when they pasted the back panel?? Should have mentioned it before pasting?? Why will they mention it after receiving feedback??

They mentioned it was slightly swollen but didn't show me and also did say that it's not a major issue noting will be effected. After I received the device After pasting the back panel and after paying they informed the waterproofing/ water resistance test failed After i mention that the glass has gaps and the glue wasn't stuck correctly. They asked me to sign a paper stating i was informed about it and was okay while telling me nothing can be done unless I replace the battery. I till today don't have any issue with the batter neither the back panel feels swollen nor any bulges. I have worked as a mobile service expert before and know how to identify the swollen battery. In fact I am a S series user since S3. Never came across such issues with Samsung devices or their service centres other that this Center.
