S21 Ultra Experience with Service center

Just wanted to share the experience of mine with samsung service center.
2 days back my S21 Ultra had black screen of death but phone ,touch everything was working fine this was kind at shock for me as warranty just expired last month, i tried all possible reset stuff but decide to go to service center and reached , service center quotes me INR 20k as they found display is faulty which was surprise to me as everything was working fine but display was not turning on.they checked by opening the phone and damaged my phones waterproofing.

After hearing estimates i decided not to get repaired the phone and left.

I reached home and keep trying to reset the phone and left the hope and left the phone at desk for an hour and to my surprise suddenly i see my screen is on and now typing on that.

So my question is that samsung doesn't have capability to identify the issues and they are just sitting there to make the money on out of warranti devices without even checking the fault.

For me its loss as they have open3d the phone and void my phones waterproofing..now who should bear that cost of waterproofing?

Not sure how many of you had such experience.
But for last 2days was horrible after spending lac s of amount and getting these kind of services from samsung.
I think this will be my last product of samsung.

I experienced the same after two days I changed my display today I thought this problem was only for me service center guy told its the only option ohh **bleep** I just wasted 20k

Happened with me too bro. They say it's our fault to use water resistant phone in water or even rain.

I also have the same issue. The black screen only goes after a 5seconds or may last upto 15 minutes and i got this problem after last update. I think its a firmware issue. Some program might be triggering the black screen. I think samsung can only solve the issue by giving an update.

This could be the issue as i got this issue after having july update..so will be good to skip this update as i also felt camera quality has been downgraded

Yeah..i downgraded to android 11 from a samsung customer service,the problem is not showing yet. They checked by changing the display, but the problem persist. Then told me its a mother board problem and will cost almost the amount of a phone to replace it. I told just to downgrade the android version and to pack it up as they have removed the display and all.

I would suggest if its not working still ,leave the phone idle for some time..this might work. Like mine worked
