Hi I'm using Samsung s21plus I bought in July 2021. September mobile display automatically black (automatically display damaged) I went to service center they replaced me under warranty and again I went to same service for heating issue one April 1st week they install some software and give to me and again I went at for same issue over heating I check in cpu-z app my mobile heat is above 50 C in service center they collected my mobile on 10th may 2022 and I call them on 13th may they told me we order new motherboard and battery so I wait for next 2 days and again I call them 16th evening they told we received motherboard sir waiting for battery again I wait for 2 days then they calling 19th may and telling your mobile was in liquid damage sir we can't able to do anything pls come and collect but I'm using Samsung s21plus premium flagship mobile till now I didn't put my mobile in water I don't know it happened so I complainted in Samsung customer care, Samsung service head, Samsung India ceo but I didn't get proper solution Samsung mobiles not waterproof my mobile certificate ip68 I think but mobile was damaged in liquid poor service experience Samsung mobiles are not waterproof

Bro they could have spilled some water in it and could have cheated you. So show this image and enquire them that what had happened to your device bro. I hope this helps you

Ohhhh. Then you should call to the number 1800407267864 and file a complaint on poor service from the store were you got a poor service and response bro. That is all I can do bro.
