Samsung care plus and extended warranty both are different.
Thats why its showing in eligible.
Pls select extended warranty option you are eligilble to apply for extended warranty within 300days of purchase

30days for smart care(damage protection, water protection etc..)
300 days for normal extended warranty (no damage protection)

You can also purchase this in the Samsung smartcafe. Note that you can purchase only till 30 days of device purchase after that you can't. BTW, when did you purchase the device?
