Samsung S21 Ultra Sensors not working

When i test my phone sensors it shows (not working -action required). What is the issue.?

I don't know. You may have to email or call samsung support or take it in to get checked.

Also if it's the proximity censor sometimes you have to try a few times

Before you try the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

After that :
Step 1. Open Settings and navigate to Advanced features.
Step 2. Select Motions and gestures.
Step 3. Turn off the Double tap to turn on screen switch.

- Clean the sensor with a soft cloth

- Diagnosing issues with the proximity sensor from the Samsung Members app

- Remove any accessories

- Restart the phone
