Samsung S21 Fe green line issue

Since the april security update, my phone was completely fine till last month. last month, my screen got thick white line poped up from no where. since it was not from my side and a complete techmical issue, i went to the customer service centre and showed them, since my warranty was expired they told me i have to replace my screen which will cost more than 14 thousand rupees. since then my screen got 3rd white line today. what should i do. A few weeks back, Samsung offered one time free screen replacement for S series "Except S21 FE" . Well that was a bit shocking and disappointing, because the problem of this green or white line is completely because of their product being incapable of adapting to the new settings or their update that they've given to their phone including S21FE. But now, the customer should pay for the problem that the company created. I am just hopping someone will address this issue.

ps: my friend who purchased the same phone more like same week got our 2nd white line same day, he even got the problem of backside bulging when the phone is heating, just like mine.

I use S21 FE my phone got it's first white line in the last week of May, when I reached to Samsung service center they said it'll cost around 12k for screen replacement, also said that free replacement ended in April month, yesterday my phone got it's 2nd white line and i Don't know for how many months my phone is gonna survive until my screen becomes all white.

I have faced a white line issue after one ui 6.1 update

Initially, I contacted the samsung helpline number, and they said to visit the service center

So, I have visited the service center and raised the job sheet ( including the IQC test ).
Service center members are saying there is no policy right now, and they said replacement is based on chargeable ( around 12k for s21fe)

Again, I have contacted the helpline number, and they are saying it's usage fault. So I have asked if it's a usage fault only limited people will face the problem, not a bulk amount of users ( there is no answer from him ) and connected call to a higher department ( decision-making department)

Had a few minutes of conversation with the higher department and asked to send the bill copy of the mobile

After a few days, they called back and said that due to a software update, you are facing the line issue. We are ready to provide a discount on your display, and the final amount after discount is 531/- rupees.

Service center placed order of the part waiting for replacement
