Hello Team,

After the update suddenly I'm seeing a green line on my phone screen. I had been to Samsung service centre and they are saying that they will charge 16,000 and it's a hardware issue. I haven't dropped my phone but looking at the old dents they made out it has fallen. How is this justifiable. Why should I bare the cost, and my phone is out of warranty too. Can Samsung help me here please 🙏

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement send email to Samsung care + i got free replacement for my s22 mobile display

Service centre guy told me not to update it and if I want to update i should get it done by the service centre itself. Samsung's update is causing the issue and they don't have guts to accept it

Switch to another brand like one plus which gives you lifetime display green line warranty. Recently I also got green line in S22 plus. Company would not provide any support.
