I am currently using a Samsung flagship mobile phone, but Samsung is not acknowledging an issue I am experiencing.

The Widevine L1 certification on my S23 Ultra automatically downgrades to L3 certification after restarting the phone, and then reverts back to L1 certification. This has occurred multiple times and is affecting my ability to download content from OTT platforms.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
