Downgraded to Widevine L3 on S23 Plus

I have Widevine L3 on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus. I suspect this happened after installing the recent May '23 security update. This is ridiculous, because of Widevine L3 I can't watch videos in HD on a flagship device.
Please fix this issue.

Edit:
HarshaTumu suggested to install the latest Google Play system update so I did that and it worked. My S23+ now has Widevine L1 certification.

How to check Google Play system update?
Open Settings -> Security & Privacy -> Updates -> Google Play system update

You mean update Google Play Services? Or Google Play Store?
