Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, you have already visited the service center we would request you to kindly share the job sheet number on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Ask question > Type your query > Send). So it will be helpful for us to resolve your issue.
Warm Regards,

Galaxy SI could only explain in brief over there as there was a word limit of 1000. Also, there was no direct ask question option, I had to find it and it was in send feedback option. Samsung India on X took my contact number and told me that the team will contact but no one has contacted me. It's almost 24 hours. I just want to ask the support team as you replied to me that you guys are reading the community messages and replying to them then don't you think there are so many complaints of the same problem and it's from Samsung end which should be borne by Samsung and the customer should get better customer service?

Galaxy SExactly, Samsung is not taking responsibility for their fault and is asking the customer to borne it. If a person buys 70k phone, he wouldn't expect this to happen. I am so angry on Samsung as I am using Samsung for years but now I have to rethink. How can a flagship phone's motherboard get damaged after 2 years? Complete disaster by Samsung.
