I am facing serious issues with my Galaxy S22 Plus after the November software update. The device frequently freezes, shows "System UI isn't responding" errors, and restarts randomly. I have tried all possible troubleshooting steps, including factory resets, and what not , but the problems persist.

I also visited the service center and other repair shops, and they all advised replacing the motherboard, which would cost over ₹30,000. This is extremely unfair, considering the issues began only after the update.

Please samsung look into this and provide a solution, as this situation has made the phone nearly unusable.

And its not just me , many many users i have seen in community post and reddits posting about same issue so it's a legit software issue

I am facing similar issue with my S22. My phone freezes and then it restarts. I don't know what to do with this problem. This type of problem in a flagship phone is just intolerable. Do something Samsung.

Yes , it's doesn't make sense to pay 30k + for a issue caused by Samsung ! BTW for this price can get a new S23 !

I had the same issue with my Samsung s22 plus and was given same statement by the service center. Then I logged an official complaint on national consumer helpline and then a Samsung HO representative connected with me over mail and I made him understand the issue in detail, they took my phone in for detailed checkup and at last issued a extensive replacement of motherboard and display for the same costing 50000 for free of cost.

Yes you could go to nich website if govt. Raise a complaint against Samsung electronics India pvt. Ltd. And also submit the original invoice in pdf form and explain your problem in detail and update with your mail and phone no. Rest assured within a week you will get call and mail from Samsung HO

Thanks @Samshuvam and @SmitVadodariya for these helpful tips. I have raised a grievance on consumer helpline. Waiting for a response. Hope there is some justice awarded.

Post deliberation from Samsung HO after raising the grievance today, I have received the phone in normal working condition.for those affected, I recommend following the same procedures and requesting for a thorough IQC check which is a standard process to be followed by all authorized service centres.
