I have uploaded numerous log files each time my phone freezes and restarts. I have also submitted video proof showing the phone freezing with a grey screen for a few seconds. However, Samsung refuses to take accountability for the issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? It occurs randomly, sometimes even up to three times a day.

I tried a factory data reset and even submitted my device to an authorized service center. They kept it for one and a half days, flashed the firmware, but the problem still persists.

Please help!

They're saying nothing unusual is showing after conducting diagnostics and asked for video proof for the same .

I showed them 2 videos of the issue happening and now they're as helpless as the customer service team.

get it checked in another service centre, if they don't respond

then either tag them in social media ..or raise a complaint in the consumer court

I have written an email to the service head team and even attached videos of the issue I'm facing, I'm hoping for a resolution soon.

Consumer court will be my last resort brother

I have been submitting log files everytime the phone froze and restarted, no use at all.

I seriously don't understand the use of submitting log files, I'm tired

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
