S24 vivid screen mode not working

The colors are completely washed out on new galaxy S24 as the vivid screen mode is not working. 
When will this issue be fixed?
If samsung is saying it's intentional then they shouldn't have given the vivid screen mode for the s24 series.
Samsung S series is known for its best displays with proper color saturation but this time it's completely faded out.
Plz fix this issue.

It's not going to be fixed as it's a hardware issue as far as I have gathered from reddit and other samsung forums. I regret spending 1.5 lakhs on a trashy device.

I do not need to "spread" anything. All I want is Samsung to be accountable for this. I spent a fortune on my device and I don't want such issues. Is that too much to ask? I hope it's a software issue. But looks like it's not. Check this.1707237626510.jpg

Check the reddit screenshot I shared. He's apparently a display scientist. The issue is hardware. I don't know whom to believe. Just hoping against hope that it will be fixed by software update. Really frustrated.

Let's hope the first software update fixes this. Otherwise, I'm going legal on them. I have literally bought every flagship device since S7 Edge, and this time, it was really a mess. I still haven't received my insurance from the corporate account, and neither was any customer care executive helpful when I was trying to get in touch for 2 days for applying the bank discount, which never got applied, and now whenever I ask them about the ₹7000 voucher that was listed in the offers, they just say that I'll get it if I qualified for the criteria. Like you could just check the criteria you have my order number.

They are really messing things up. Going legal is something which 1/1000 people will do and they don't care. I will wait for first software update. If things aren't fixed, I'll dump this phone by selling it off and get the 15 pro max.

They'll care about the legal issues because I have a strong case where I have all the call recordings and emails from them from day 1 haha. But anyways I hope it doesn't come to that.
