Hi Zammi, from the Samsung Members main page, press on the "Activate Now" then follow the instructions(enter name and email address, date of activation, etc) in about a minute from submitting, you'll receive an email from Allianz insurance stating that the warranty has been activated. If you have an additional complementary year(promo) it will be activated automatically later and you don't need to take any action.
