Discrepancy in Samsung Care+ Activation Date

"Disappointed with @Samsung's Care+ activation date discrepancy! Bought S23 Ultra on Oct 10, activated on Oct 11. Was promised 60-day activation window for 2-year plan via Members app. Today got mail saying it's active from Nov 1. Checked T&Cs, clearly states 60 days. Help needed!"

I tried explaining that guy,even sent him this pdf.but he still replaying with other terms and conditions,which is entirely different that gulf policy

Update- 1 year care+ was deactivated with help of samung customer care,and reactivated by paying 200 aed for 2 years.good customer support( except the first guy who confused me)

Open "Settings" on your device.
Scroll down and select "About this phone."
Look for the IMEI number for slot 1.
Once we have the necessary information, we will investigate the status of your Samsung Care+

However, please be advised that as per our last update, you can register for Samsung care+ within the first 30 days counted from the activation date of the device.
