Can you please address specifically. What the term : invisible backup" is in reference to? When I push the button to " select files". It merely takes me to the main " my files directory ". Which leaves one wondering what is " invisible backup" , considering it tells me about duplicates and the directly shows me those photos or video files, skipping any main file menus..

The term "invisible backup" isn't a standard term, and its meaning can vary depending on the context or the specific app or system you are using. In general, it might refer to a backup process that occurs in the background without user intervention or visibility.

If you're experiencing issues with file selection or backup in a specific app or device, it's recommended to check the app's documentation or contact the support for clarification on how the backup process works and what "invisible backup" specifically entails in that context. It's possible that there might be a feature or setting that automatically backs up files without displaying a distinct backup menu.

The message suggests there might be hidden backup files taking up space on your device. To free up space, check your device's backup settings or use a file manager app to locate and remove unnecessary backup files. Ensure you're not deleting critical data unintentionally.
