S24 ULTRA BATTERY

I got this phone a week ago..but the battery runs down quickly when using it...I don't know is it because it's still new or what..Anyone else with this problem??

And I am still on July security patch...I haven't received the August update..my S23 Ultra has already the update

Hi, I have the s23 not the s24 but I assume I have the same 6.1 UI version that you have on the 24 because I have the latest August update.

It seems like that battery life has decreased alot since this updated. And not just for the s23 from what i hear from others.....

So that might be it so all we can do is wait for a patch.

Hii....I don't understand it...Maybe just give it time..but what I don't understand is that why I don't have the August update???

Yes just give it time. The s23 Update depends on your habitat or where you live. So it might come out later or not at all.

Check if you have auto update on. Maybe you have done the update but you were sleeping.

And the last thing you can do is restart your phone. That's how I saw the update.

Since the phone is still new, the first 2 weeks is for learning your usage patterns then the battery will adjust so you just need to be patient.

I've noticed that the rollout for the August patch for the S24 is slower than the S23 so you'll just have to be patient.

It still has to adapt to your phone usage. It takes 3-7 days.
