Hello, I recently bought an S24+ just 15 days ago and am already facing a microphone problem. During calls, the other person can't hear me, and I can't record voice recordings. My return period is over. I contacted the Samsung authorized service center and was told that only a mic replacement is possible. How can a new premium S series phone from Samsung have such a problem? This is very disappointing, and despite loving Samsung mobiles, this issue has made me consider switching to other brands. Could you please advise on a solution?

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolves this issue. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

But how I suppose to use the repaired mobile which means serviced device within the 15 days of purchased date It seems to me as an old or repaired device for long time if I used to so ...
