Yes, many users have reported experiencing similar problems. This can be due to the phone re-optimizing itself after the update or apps needing to be optimized for the new firmware.
Add apps to the "deep sleep" list to prevent them from running in the background and draining battery.

Clear app cache to remove temporary data that can impact performance and battery usage.
Resetting battery statistics can sometimes help.

Adjust background usage limits in Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Background usage limits.

Choose options like "Put unused apps to sleep" or "Sleeping apps" to restrict background activity.

Hey BirdMan, Thanks for the reply.

My major problem is phone not charging even though I'm using the Samsung charger for my S23 Ultra which is just a one year old phone.

Ive cleaned the charging port, used blower to remove any particles or debris inside the port and also im struggling a lot put the charger in specific angle to charge my phone. Usually it says fast charging in 50 min then suddenly it says 1hr 50min etc some times that time says 4hrs. I was shocked to see this and few time it won't charge at all Ive to sit at charging port to monitor the phone whether it's charging or not.

Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

1. Galaxy device battery not charging issue: 1. Check connectivity & charger functionality:
Please check whether the charger cable and adapter is fixed well.
Remove charging cable and reconnect with mobile phone properly.
Check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.

Note: We recommend our customers to use only Samsung approved chargers, as 3rd party chargers with different output rating may cause errors in the device.

2. If the device charging with different charger, then kindly check the physical condition of your charger for any damage.

3. Please charge the device in switched off condition for 10 minutes.

For devices with removal battery, kindly remove the back panel of your device and check the physical condition (Bulge, Swelling or visible damage). If the physical condition is not good please do not try to charge or tamper the battery also request you to visit the service center immediately.

2 Galaxy device battery drainage issue: Note: Charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of battery and battery performance.

1. Perform Battery Optimization: Go to Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage, and Memory.

2. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc. when not in use.

3. Check device network fluctuation. Avoid usage in areas with low network/fluctuation.

4. Reduce the display brightness level or set the device to auto-brightness mode.

5. Adjust screen timeout settings: Go to Settings > Display > Screen timeout > Select the minimum screen timeout.

6. Check which application is or interface is using more battery from device care and try to update app or avoid using that app.

7. Close background running apps.

8. Turn off auto sync of e-mails, app data etc.
Open notification panel > Turn off auto sync option.

9. Update software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Check for software update > If Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

10. Reset the device:
IMPORTANT:
• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
• If you do not remember it, then reset, (Forgot password) your google account.

Worst reply ever recieved from the Samsung custome support. All these instructions are already followed and many people are reporting this issue only after updating to One UI 7 but samsung won't acknowledge the issue and in return saying follow these troubleshooting steps. Also my device is just 1 yr old and facing charging issues you're not even care to check the issue..

We're eagerly waiting for a security patch for June release and hopefully these issues will be addressed in that update globally.

Are we joke to you for spending such an hepty amount to purchasing your products.

Apple is far better than Samsung.
