My Galaxy S23 Ultra which is in warranty until 17th February 2024 has sarted giving trouble with the camera recently. All the lenses turn foggy starting with the main lense in cold temperature. I am really worried. The Service center in Siliguri simply said that it was pretty normal and it would go away automatically. What should I do?

I got mine fixed from Service center. If they don't cooperate, post in on Twitter (X) tagging Samsung India.

Somehow moisture got inside. They disassembled the phone and fixed it. But while taking your handset after servicing make sure, the water resistance seal is intact or the same thing will happen again.

Yes i got replacement. But the new phone also had the same problem. I bought silica gel from amazon and put the phone overnight in it. The problem is solved for now. I don't know for later. It's a manufacturing issue from samsung. The phones manufactured after 2023 dec or 2024 feb have this issue right out of the box. It's condensation. It's a sealing issue of the phone.

It's normal its dut te rapidly temparature change. Just like cab or ac car when we use ac in car at rain or moisture weather. After temparature goes normal then foggy not show any more.
