 My Galaxy S23 Ultra which is in warranty until 17th February 2024 has sarted giving trouble with the camera recently. All the lenses turn foggy starting with the main lense in cold temperature. I am really worried. The Service center in Siliguri simply said that it was pretty normal and it would go away automatically. What should I do?

Did you get your phone serviced at an authorized Samsung store????

Yeah. But they simply put it on a heating pad and returned the phone saying it would go away automatically.

Brother, if your phone was brand new, you would not have faced such a problem!!Since your phone has been unlocked, there has been some quality issue from the service center

It wasn't opened in the service center. They simply put it on the heating pad for a while and then gave it back to me. Moreover I visited the service center today after the problem was noticed day before yesterday when I visited a hilly area where the temperature was 4° C. I have been using it for the past 11 months and previously I had the S22 Ultra but never faced any such issue.

Then it may be due to weather as you have warranty you can solve the issue for free

The Service centered ignored the issue today by saying it was normal. I am worried I might have to travel to Kolkata for better servicing if the local center keeps ignoring it.

So you have got water droplets in the phone due to cold. If you are not getting proper feedback from service center, tweet to samsung India about it. They will take it seriously and instruct service center as well. I got my s20 plus screen replaced free of cost by tweeting. Otherwise service provider gives vague reasons of not solving the issue.
