S23 Ultra Camera Lens Glass Broken

Hi Everyone,

Hope everything is going great.

This morning bad luck my S23 Ultra Camera lens got a straight line crack, If anyone knows what would be the cost at Samsung Centre for replacement and also if this can be replaced?

One more thing I have Samsung Care+ Accidental Damage & Liquid Damage plan.

Kindly refer to the website once where they have listed down the repair parts with their cost..I think this camera lens glass is not mentioned specifically there, so you'll might have to contact the service centre for that..

I think they'll replace the whole back panel

I think it is around 11000 - entire back glass needs to be replaced. You can always call service center and ask for approximate cost for the repairs.

I have logged a complaint and I am not sure why they are charging me 3.5k as labor charges and etc.. I already have Care+ and warranty.

You might have not read terms and conditions for Care+,Please go through it what all covers and about charges

I have Accidental care, they said the insurance will cover all the cost but you have to pay this amount first.
