S22 Ultra Camera glass broken

Hi,

One of the camera of my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a broken glass. I have a Samsung Care+ Screen Protection Plan. Can I use it to get the camera glass replaced?

I don't think it'll cover camera glass replacement. Check once with the service centre. BTW how did it break.

No idea....I didn't even notice when it broke. I just turned over my phone casually and found out the 3rd camera lens has a broken glass

If u have samsung care plus yes it can be replaced but you have to pay 1600 charges for that plus your protection will be null and void for the entire year

Update Guys - Apparently I am told my Samsung Care plus Screen protection plan covers only the front display and not the back panel. The service center representative told me that they cannot replace only the camera glass. The entire back panel has to be replaced. The cost of the back panel is 4200 Rs. I have paid an advance of 1k. The banel panel will arrive in 3 days and then I can go back to the service center and get it replaced. 4k just for breaking the camera glass...Ouch!

Are you not using any case with your device, it's very important 👍🏼. It's an expensive device with expensive repair bills, plus the camera module is exposed all the time coz of the design. Cannot understand why the whole back panel needs to be replaced 🤔

The back panel needs to be replaced to keep the ip68 rating intact. Samsung is not manufacturing camera glass individually.
