Short-wave vibrations occur in the recording during video recording. Video stabilizer may be the cause of the problem.
No remedy by factory setting. Error always reproducible.
Even when stabilization is off, vibrations occur during diagonal movements

Disable Video Stabilization:
Ensure that the video stabilization feature is completely turned off in your camera settings. Some devices have both digital and optical stabilization options. Disable both and check if the issue persists.

Check for Software Updates:
Ensure that your device's operating system and camera app are updated to the latest versions. Manufacturers often release software updates that include improvements and bug fixes.

Clear Cache and Data:
Clear the cache and data of your camera app. This can help eliminate any temporary files or settings that might be causing issues. Go to your device's settings, find the "Apps" or "Application Manager" section, locate the camera app, and clear its cache and data.

Test in Safe Mode:
Boot your device in safe mode to see if the issue persists. Safe mode disables third-party apps, helping you determine if the problem is caused by a third-party application. If the issue is resolved in safe mode, a third-party app may be the culprit.

Factory Reset with Data Wipe:
If the problem persists, consider performing a factory reset with a complete data wipe. This will erase all data on your device, so make sure to back up important information before proceeding.

Check for Hardware Damage:
Physically inspect your device for any signs of damage, especially around the camera module. If there's visible damage or if the device has experienced a fall, it could contribute to video stabilization issues.

Third-Party Camera Apps:
Test the video recording using a different camera app from a reputable source. This can help determine if the issue is specific to the default camera app.
