Galaxy SMine just happened a week ago, bought it on Feb 2022 so not on warranty anymore. Went to Samsung just to be told it would be 640$CAD to replace the motherboard, it's so frustrating because I wanted to keep this phone for a good 5 years but Samsung doesn't seem to like that idea. Never abused from my phone, was just browsing the Internet when it all happened. There should be a class-action lawsuit!!!!

Galaxy SHey, I have the exact same problem. I was sitting playing a game at one point after the 6.1 UI update, it went black, then went into a boot loop. I can feel the phone getting hotter, so I read up on Reddit how people were basically putting them on ice packs to get them to cool down so they would actually go to the recovery mode screen. I did that, erased my data and reset the phone, but now it's just continuing the boot loop anytime it has enough battery life to be on at all. It's such BS that Samsung isn't taking responsibility for this at all, now I can't get trade-in value for my phone because I had to have a phone for two-factor authentication for work, so I had to upgrade. I wish I hadn't gotten a Samsung product now.

Galaxy SSame thing happening to me. Phone is just restarting on its own for every minute some times and service center is saying mother board needs to be replaced. This is happening just because of some software update and we need to pay 45k for a 1.2 lac phone just after 2 years of using the phone. Anyone got any update from samsung?

Galaxy Si suggest , report the issue along with Ticket number to Dubai Consumer .https://consumerrights.ae/en/pages/consumer-complaint.aspx i have already submitted the complaint. if we all do it together. we can get this done through Dubai Consumer help.

Galaxy SThe same happened with my phone, S22 Ultra. It stopped detecting SIM at first, then I switched to 2G only. After the latest December Update, there was NO signal, HEAT UP, SIM DETECTION, or IMEI. There were also Random Crashes and Restarts. I visited the Service centre. They replied, "Sir, this is due to a board issue."
That is my first Samsung Device and for sure very disappointing.
