S22 Ultra Motherboard damaged due to software update

Last week, I received a warning on my phone stating that My phone is having some software issues and I should contact Samsung support. Before I could take any action, my phone switched off and wouldn't turn back on. When I visited the service center, they informed me that they have rebooted the software, but it still didn't solve. They told me my motherboard has been damaged due to the software issue, and I would need to pay 42k for the repair. My phone is out of warranty. Several of my friends who own Samsung flagship phones have experienced similar issues in last couple of months. It seems that the new software update is causing motherboard damage. I requested compensation, but Samsung is not accepting responsibility. After spending over 1L on a flagship phone, I don't expect this level of service. If it had been my fault, I would acknowledge it, but my phone has never been dropped or exposed to water, which could have caused the damage. Please guide me on what to do.

I have already called the customer service. I have been in talks with them for past one week, but they are just mentioning that they are following Samsung guidelines and I cannot get the replacement

First we can take the consumer court and file a complaint online, leave all the details and get the mail id of Samsung CEO and send all the details then a decision will be made.
If still undecided, post on Twitter and tag iPhone and Samsung India

My S22 (256 GB) ran i to the same issue day before yesterday. Why the hell pay such a hefty amount to a photo that would last me just 2 years. The service centre is asking me to get my mother board replaced for INR 30,000. What the hell!

I am having the same problem from yesterday, just now came to service center. They said it is a mother board issue and they are checking. Can anyone tell the process for contacting samsung for free replacement. It was never fallen down or not even drenched in rain also.
