No idea of the Price, Exchange options, RAM options, & Color option .

Booking one at offline store too, may cancel this if i get better exchange value than online to My S21Ultra Black.

S21 ultra to S22 is downgrade bro !! For you only S22 Ultra will be worth as S22+ will also be downgrade in most ways from S21 Ultra...

s21 ultra to s22 ultra is like chipset change and specs wise almost 99% no difference. See the price difference, exchange offers and other offers. 20K extra spending from your pocket could be worth that's what my view.
