S21 Ultra Worst Internet

I have been using S21 Ultra For around 50 days now. The phone is good, heating issue has been reduced and I am liking it. The major issue which I have seen is of Mobile data. The mobile data suddenly stops completely. Here is the poc for reference

The mobile data get stuck like this and this happens frequently. I have to toggle flight mode and again to get internet back.

The mobile data works well but this issue is too frequecnt and completely ruins the user experience. If you need a stable Internet connection then this is a big trouble.

I have used same Sim and network in Galaxy Note 9 but haven't face thiis issue. I have done, Network settings reset, changed sim and even did hard reset but this issue is always there. I have talked to customer care multiple times but they arent able to sovle this. This issue also remains in SAFE MODE. There is something which Samsung needs to fix. I have seen others users complaining for the same. This issue might be of Jio also but I haven't witnessed this in Other phones. 

I don't know if I will get solution for this or not but if you are buying S21 Ultra do note you might also get this issue. Also I am open to any suggestions which you might have for this issue apart from the things whi I have already mentioned. 

Note: Updating this on 23 Nov 2021. If you need stable Internet you can turn off the other sim in simcard manager then it would be usable. Worked for me. No other solution till now available.

What is the other sim u r using?
Because I had faced same issue with idea sim in my M51. I have used vi & jio as dual sim.All of a sudden jio network stops & like u I have to on flight mode to get data & agin I have to do the same or I have to turn off idea sim to get jio netfor couple of months where both sims are workingfine in other mobiles when I tried. I contacted samsung they told to check in safe mode but issue is same& I contacted jio customer care they told that issue is with device. Then I have ported my vi to airtel it works with out any issues.

I am using Jio sim only, there is not issue of network as such calls work fine. There is issue with Mobile data only. Jio works best here so wont be switching to Airtel.

I am also facing network issues in my Note 20 Ultra with VI sim card.
Mobile data speed on my Note 20 Ultra with VI sim is 2-3 Mbps only.
While mobile network speed on my iPhone 12 PM with Jio sim is around 60-61 Mbps.
There are times when 4G is showing in the status bar, but internet is not accessible.

Yes same issue, I think its in 5G phones only.

This is the real problem of samsung phones whether it is budget midrange or flagship all faces network issues...
I thought with s21 ultra samsung solved this ...
Really poor samsung
U are making new new innovations
Atleast spent that money on this simple network issue ..

Same issue I am facing in my s20+ when i switch data on other Sim which is jio working perfectly. But my primary Sim card is VI and I am not able to use internet on that Sim card.
