Galaxy S
Still no update for last year's flagship phones. Samsung is just focused on making profits—they don't care about their existing customers.
I'm currently using the S24 Ultra. Back in 2019, I had the Note 10 Plus. After using it for about a year and a half, Samsung pushed the Android 11 update. After the update, the phone started having network issues—I couldn't connect to the internet or even receive calls. When I contacted the service center, they told me it was a motherboard issue and the replacement would cost ₹22,000. In just a year and a half, Samsung practically bricked my phone.
So, I switched to the iPhone 12. Last year, I decided to give Samsung another chance and bought the S24 Ultra, hoping their attitude towards customers had improved. But sadly, nothing has changed. Still no updates—just to push their new, shittty flagship this year.
Regretting my decision to return to Samsung.
