S21 Ultra Worst Internet

I have been using S21 Ultra For around 50 days now. The phone is good, heating issue has been reduced and I am liking it. The major issue which I have seen is of Mobile data. The mobile data suddenly stops completely. Here is the poc for reference

The mobile data get stuck like this and this happens frequently. I have to toggle flight mode and again to get internet back.

The mobile data works well but this issue is too frequecnt and completely ruins the user experience. If you need a stable Internet connection then this is a big trouble.

I have used same Sim and network in Galaxy Note 9 but haven't face thiis issue. I have done, Network settings reset, changed sim and even did hard reset but this issue is always there. I have talked to customer care multiple times but they arent able to sovle this. This issue also remains in SAFE MODE. There is something which Samsung needs to fix. I have seen others users complaining for the same. This issue might be of Jio also but I haven't witnessed this in Other phones. 

I don't know if I will get solution for this or not but if you are buying S21 Ultra do note you might also get this issue. Also I am open to any suggestions which you might have for this issue apart from the things whi I have already mentioned. 

Note: Updating this on 23 Nov 2021. If you need stable Internet you can turn off the other sim in simcard manager then it would be usable. Worked for me. No other solution till now available.

Many flagship users are facing this issue like you. It's happening because of unoptimized one ui.

I used same UI in my Note 9, there was not such issue in that. 🤔

S21 ultra is on one ui 3
And samsung stopped the ui updates of Note 9 the last ui update which Note 9 got was of One ui 2.5 i think.
So here's the difference

OneUI 3 has different issues in different devices. So I think its normal, and i guess samsung could be working on it already.

OneUI 2.5 is better in stability in my opinion.

Same issue is here, i am using s21 ultra and internet speed is very low and same time and same jio card using realme 9 phone and it's speed very fast internet speed

Use only one sim remove second Sim then see the magic

I am also in same page, it's actually persisting a lot. Having a great flagship doesn't mean that running perfect always is fine but network loss is not at all acceptable....Samsung proofs that not caring at all the customer issues....
