S21 FE 5G automatically turning on vibration mode

Hi, I'm using S21 FE 5G. My phone is automatically turning into vibration mode (The sound mode gets disables automatically). When this happens I am not able to hear anything when I receive a call or dial a call. This is very annoying & frustrating.

I have to then restart and pray the phone gets in normal mode.

Please help me in resolving this issue.Sound mode gets disabled automatically

Do factory reset

Is "factory reset" the only solution which I have to resolve this problem ?

This issue was also occured in my phone but after doing that, the issue was not ongoing

Try it, if not worked then wait for software update to fix this bug

Done the reset but problem is still there.. now what to do 🥺

check routine may be some setting are enable

May be it is occurred by routine or mode. Please check Modes and Routines settings.
