S21 FE 5G automatically turning on vibration mode

Hi, I'm using S21 FE 5G. My phone is automatically turning into vibration mode (The sound mode gets disables automatically). When this happens I am not able to hear anything when I receive a call or dial a call. This is very annoying & frustrating.

I have to then restart and pray the phone gets in normal mode.

Please help me in resolving this issue.Sound mode gets disabled automatically

Hi Samsung, What should I do now as I am still facing this issue. What is the point of having "S Series" phone when there are issues in it. It spoils the whole experience. Please help me the getting this issue resolved..
