Galaxy SAfter this perform normal phone reset settings once
go to settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings
now add new fingerprint,try with index finger once..
just give a try(can't say if it will help or not)
if still problem persists, go for factory reset

Galaxy SI have registered same fingerprint 3 times
However no luck
Deleted many times and reconfigure it
Still not working perfectly
It also have Battery backup issue
Ghost touches issue
And still no update to fix these issue
No December update
Fan Edition is a hype or we can say it's a trap
