S20 auto restarting issue

Hi,

I purchased the S20 two days ago and since yesterday the device is auto restarting on it own randomly. Is there any solution to it as its a common problem with the s20 series across the globe. Any replies would be appreciated.

how you update your software? it's software glitch bro ....Samsung provides non A B partition Type Ota software not like other companies hence update via mobile data or wifi brings software holes and create those issues only....use smart switch to install software next time...and for now try a perfect factory reset

i havent updated my software as i just purchased the phone 2 days ago. i selpt yesterday and this took place at night and once today when the phone was idle.

oh ok .....then please factory reset once ....perfect factory reset means from backup and reset section then when device will reboot then immediately switch off it then bring factory mode of device..factory reset from there also ....but before that once reset app preferences then check ✔ what is happening...if most of the s20 device suffering from same issue then may next security patch update will solved it don't worry

turn off auto restart in setting

goto device care>three dot>advance>turn off AUTO RESTART
