Hi,

I purchased the S20 two days ago and since yesterday the device is auto restarting on it own randomly. Is there any solution to it as its a common problem with the s20 series across the globe. Any replies would be appreciated.

Restart Problem is Found across several Samsung devices irrespective of A, M and S Series ! 


It's because of Firmware Problem from Past firmware  Updates from Samsung ! Wait for Proper Bug Solving Update from Samsung !


Till Then Follow Below Steps 

1) Turn ON Reduce Animation Option 

2) Uninstall/Disable Unwanted Apps ( Briefing, S Internet, Google Play Music, Google TV and Movies, One Drive, SmartThings, Wearables, Unused Good Lock Modules ....) 

3) Disable Game Launcher 

4) Turn off Auto Brightness 

5) Use Google Apps in Default Factory Versions

6) Clear Memory in Device Care twice an hour

7) Disable Auto Sync (Turn On When Needed)

😎 Use Device in Medium Power Saving Mode 

9) Mobile Data and Battery Restrictions for all apps by Click App Info ( Long Press An App) (MUST)

10) Put All Apps In Sleeping Mode

11) Clear Recent Apps


Just Make Sure that don't rush More apps while Using Mobile !

i solved it by just replacing the device.

had to change the phone.it was a motherboard issue
